Unfortunately, I can't run QMBminus - the game crashes when loading at some 65%... Have to go back to QMBplus.

That's very strange,as you can see here it works for other people so maybe there is a conflict between QMBMinus and some other mod on your PC :? I have tried to replicate your problem and it seems to me that you didn't disabled QMBPlus.

When I had both QMB mods enabled in the same time my game also crashed at ~65%, try to disable QMBPlus and than see if QMBMinus is working for you.

Please report if this solves your problem.

Well, there are 11 QMB files in the mod's main folder. When switching to QMBminus I simply replace them with those of QMBminus. Is there another way to disable QMBplus?

Hi,

it seems that it's not a conflict between the different QMB that is a problem. I think that problem is in conf.ini, try to copy this in the end of your conf.ini

If this solves your problem than replace "test" with name of map you want to have in QMB. It looks that you need to have at least one entry in quick section of your conf.ini when you are using QMBMinus.

Now, the question is: there are two options in targets list still unknown to me (Scramble and Strike). Tried to make CrimeaRedScramble00.mis for my Crimea map but in vain... It would be simply great to have such kinds of quick missions in handy.

PS. All other quick missions (such as None, Armor etc.) work fine.

This is one of my favourite things to come out of the whole sound mod.. Along with Avala's planeshine mod and Slipry's of course.. Any news on QMB2??

Can you play Scramble and Strike on other maps? Slovakia,Ardennes, New Guinea and NWEurope comes with full set of mission in QMBPlus so you should be able to fly that type of mission on these maps.

I'll make simple Scramble mission for Crimea and see if it works OK on my PC and than we will try to solve your problem.

I'm glade you like QMBPlus, I plan to make another version with some new options but I'm not sure what I will be able to do. Anyway, QMB fans can expect improved QMB in future, be sure.

Oops... I'm very sorry. Perhaps I somewhat misspelled when naming missions. It works just fine! Thnk you very much for this mod!

No. I have none of them... What I have in QMBPack 1.1 archive are 30 missions (*none00.mis mostly). And I have no Slovakia 'cause I run 4.08m.
I've made (accordingly to your instructions) *None*, *Armor*, *Bridge* and *Airbase* missions for the maps of my interest and those missions work just fine! But not *Scramble* and *Strike* Sad

This is very old version of QMB in 1.1, I believe that in that version Scramble and Strike were not enabled.
If you have installed QMBMinus than you should be able to fly these misssions because QMBMinus have latest QMB engine and it's different than QMBPlus only in that there is no hardcoded map so user will have only those maps he put through conf.ini.

I suggest you to use QMBMinus and than try to play your Strike and Scramble mission on Crimea, I think that they will work without problems. I'll upload mission pack from QMBPlus later today and there is 78 missions in it. You will not be able to play missions for 4.09 maps immediately but they will be useful when you switch to 4.09.

I made simple Scramble mission for Crimea and it works in QMBMinus.

When you use QMBMinus do you have Scramble and Strike options in Target window?

Here is a link for mission pack from QMBPlus, I added basic Scramble mission for Crimea which I used for test.

Hi gents, I've been following this thread since day 1, and have been watching it's progress with a very sad heart.... Cry
The reason: rapidshare! It doesn't work for me, keeps saying I've typed in the wrong code - no luck after 6 months and 5 different PC's!!
Would anybody mind PM'ing me if they can help me with the latest version of QMBPlus/minus??
