When i install MOD1, then in flight crashed game and quit.
Im using VIstax64 And UI 1.0 and no other mods installed. Only MOD1.

Wow, you're the first one to report such thing like crashing game and quiting to desktop .
I'll be honest , I have no idea about my Mod compability with Vista x64 or UI 1.0
More likely this will be rather Vista x64 issue than UI 1.0 even thou this mod was made on Sound Mod 0.93 install with V 4.09b1m game version .
So far nobody reported any crash so it's probably 99% Vista 64bit thingy .

I don't know what to do to fix it for Vista especially 64bit version issue .
It will likely be not caused by Mod alone but there is something inside mod files that Vista might be unable to process drivers specific memory allocation and then quit to the desktop .
I believe Vista 32bit is without this problem .

@ paladincubano ,
make sure you have latest video and other drivers for your machine and installed game in proper order and necessary patches versions to avoid incompatibility.

I don't know.
I installed Vista 1 week ago, and all drives (video, sound, all) and lastest from yours webs.
Question: UI 1.0 have all program update? dll, Ac3, exe. etc?? or I update manually from here?
My PC:
Board P5Q PRO, Micro Intel Core 2 Duo 8400 3.0, 4GB RAM Kingston 1066
XFX 8800 GTS 640MB, X52 PRO, FreeTrack 2.2 + WiiMote + Clip IR
Vista x64
All drives lastest from webs.
Repeat: With MOD1 I play normal (aprox 5-10 min), then Crash and quit to desktop.
When deactivate MOD1, I play normal up 5 hours.
Help!!!

This must be unique problem with you machine .
I would go to IL-2 Technical help forum section and ask again in what order should be game installed and following patches to make sure you don't have any conflicts .
IL-2 1946 and then patch x and then patch x ..........and then UI 1.0
Also it would be helpful to go in to PC Technical help and post your dxdiag system information for PC gurus to see if there is something wrong with computer drivers install and versions .
It could be a lot of things really, one driver installed on top of another without uninstalling it first for example .
While someone else's machine can take a lot of punishment with bad drivers and install and unistall , your can be more sensitive to those things .
Do you run perfect game settings or excellent game settings .
Did you tried to run both setting to see what happen ?
I don't know how to help you other then with those suggestions

black smoke can be replaced for something other than black color but since we get gray color coming from various planes spots and the same thing is with black color , it's always hard to tell what in the world is really burning by game code so for that reason we have both worlds , some gray and some decent black smoke because sure in real life there was some black smoke heavy smoking also happening.
As for possibility to apply a DM to external fuel tanks and weapons/bombs? that would have to be done by steps which can't be discussed here but I can't do it myself anyway.
Yesterday , I was flying shortly with Mustang P51B model and found this interesting engine smoke bug
This game is really like " a box of chocolates , you never know what youre gonna get! "
One surprise after another :lol:
I have no idea if this is only with this model or some other Mustang model as well or even with some completely different planes but I thought I will share short video of what I am talking about .
Anyone else can get this ? or my game install is about to gave up on me ? :lol:

Do you remember models of those other aircrafts ?
I would love to see it on other planes how the smoke look like coming out from side of the aircraft .
Is this specific only to front engine area ?
