Hi Chaps,

Have any of the Modders here ever thought of modding existing planes to make new ones?

Example, Taking a Spit VIII, re sizing it, Add 2 50.cals, another prop blade, giving it opposite torque and giving your self a Spit XIV?

If its possoble it would be great. But obviusly these plane would only be available for Offline use? unless the AAA and some other servers have the files for it?

Messing with the meshes is not yet possible. Although some are looking into it.
Messing with FM/DM is another thing entirely.

Ah i see. I gess it may happen in some time in the future. If where lucky another patch may bring some new planes! Bring on the Tempest Mk.II!

Danger We have already thought of things like this, it involves messing with FM and DM and that will get people pointing the finger at the ones using them and calling them cheaters and the ones who arnt will still get called cheaters, we dont want to screw with that as it will probably kill the game by sending it down the path of CFS
