Could you delete the "bubbles" in arcade mode? - fvk - 24.11.2007

Sometime the bubbles that say "PK!" or "I'm heading home!" are in the way of my hit arrows when I'm using this mode.

A deletion of the redundant arrows would be the best possible solution to this.

Nice idea. I always felt that linking the bullet trace arrows to 'kiddie arcade mode' (speech bubbles) was a bad idea. It created the impression that Oleg thought anyone wishing to examine how their rounds fell was some kind of idiot. I see it as a more scientific pursuit.

It can be quite educational to examine your bullet traces to see how a pilot kill was achieved, where a fuel tank is located, or how your rounds grouped at convergence.

The bubbles are not amusing and just get in the way. Would be great to lose them...

The cartoon bubbles do look very cheesy. Id like the bubbles to go away but still get a message if i manage to kill the pilot/gunner. Its very handy when youre doing a bit of target practice.

Haven't tried this myself but might NoSubTitles=1 in config take care of that?
