NEW SECTION 4.05 MODS ! - Guest - 25.11.2007

Ok everyone - it might not be what everyone wants but many people do want it so im starting a new section (only for members to view) called 'IL2 4.05 Mods' this is where to go for mods for 4.05 (obviously lol) but its also where to discuss problems ect ....

ok lets see where this take us :wink:

remember 4.05 is a version that can be modded much more easily - including FM & loadouts ect

aslo please remember that although Fm tweaks can be done with this version you are unable to enter any servers currently online so there is no need to worry about online cheating going on

Can anyone please write a simple guide on how to get 4.05 up & running & then post into the new section & i will make it sticky - thx guys

There are one thing that troubles me, since I have Il-2 1946, they automaticallly have 4.06 I believe. If I am stuck with 4.06, is there a way I degrade my il-2 1946 to 4.05 version, just in case if there are many mods that would be out for Il-2 4.05 with all expansion pack involved?

im not sure how you might do this - does anyone know if this is possible - afterall 1946 does come with 4.05

I think for it need il2fb.exe and files.sfs from 4.05 version......
