There are a number of class entities for modern aircraft and impossible weapons.
It is my assumption that these are just the remnants of someone playing with the code. In other words there is no Mig-29 in Il-2 but there might be a Yak-9 with a RD-33.

It must sound crazy but check the classes for aircraft (and weapons). It's not just the Mig-29, I have found entries for several other migs...
