- ROSOBORONEXPORTCORP - 12.12.2007

Should be quite interesting.

- High Plains Drifter - 12.12.2007

- Hellzone - 12.12.2007

another big bird Big Grin yippy

- BS8th_Jaw - 12.12.2007

I can just imagine how rough this thing is going to fly... sluggish... maybe even more sluggish than a b17.

- Metatron - 13.12.2007

This is seriously cool because we have a proper cockpit for it. I've been looking forward to this. (And the Me-323). What cockpit would one use for the Me by the way?

- nuke - 13.12.2007

btw, it's called Zwilling, it's german for "twin". Or only He111 Z

- zaelu - 13.12.2007

How is one starting the 5th engine?

the Me323 has 5 engines also.. int that a problem? Confusedhock:

...but if it works... all we need are the gliders Smile

if you look at your commands, i think that you can set engine commands up to 6 engines

Commands up to 8 engines. *Middle engine is #5

- RGAF_JESTER - 13.12.2007

i select angine 1 start it

then select all engines

start up all engine start apart from 1 which turns off

so i then select engine 1 start it

and then select all engines

much quicker than starting each individual engine and u can keep the throttels as the numbers if thats what u would have used for engine selection

- RAF_Magpie - 13.12.2007

...the individual engine start commands, are needed for the independant engine start settings, and independant engine control...

btw -multiple engines in RL require time, care, and individual attention. its nice to see this bugger involves more attention then others Smile

This one flies beautifully! It's a kick towing that big glider too!! Big Grin

"Two completed undercarriages retained and the pilot was situated in the portside fuselage with five throttles, full instrumentation, controls for the port undercarriage members and the radiator flaps for the portside pair of engines. The second pilot, situated in the starboard fuselage, was provided with dual flying controls but no throttles and operated the starboard undercarriage members and the radiator flaps of the center engine and starboard pair of engines. A mechanic, radio-operator ang gunner were accommodated in the port fuselage and a mechanic and gunner in the starboard fuselage, the second pilot acting as navigator."
