Merge mods 4.08 and mods 4.05 into 4.08 only ? - Balto - 27.12.2007

Do you think, when official 4.09m will be out, it will be a good idea to merge all mods version (4.05 and 4.08 ) into the 4.08 ? or will many people keep 3 versions of the game (4.05 4.08 and 4.09) on their hard disk ?

I agree with Balto. Beta 4.09 is released so expect the final in 2 weeks. (or so) Then we can have 4.08 to Mod and fix long standing bugs like no bombs can be carried on ME-109F for example. If we stay one patch behind Oleg and company the anti mod crowd can leave us alone.

Alternatively, we could just ignore the anti-mod crowd altogther :wink: Very few people will be happy to fly 4.08 without the maps of 4.09 - me for a start.

On top I would like to make FM's for 4.08 for my 4.05 mods... I will have to wait till the beta is over i guess. Unless theres a major flaw in 4.09 :o
