IL2 5.0 MD... - GOZR - 31.12.2007

Hi,

Ok here my opinion about this.. The sound mod to me is not good enough but here what you can do and work on this.

1]- So leave the original sounds ( or give choice a must )
2]- Make imperatively the head movements ( G forces and fix the zoom effect ) work with the 1.2's 6 DOF version wich is good call it 1.3 final. ( FSX style with box limitations ).
3]- flyable fighters and Bombers that are worth it and no Mickey mouse work should be done everything should be perfect and well worked ( textures etc.. at closest as possible to the real things )
"DO NOT TOUCH FM IN NO CASE"

Done close it pack it.......Compile call it IL2 5.0MD


Now work on new maps and maybe new planes ( Addons )
You may find some jobs if this is done very well. You have the key in your hands now use it well.

Well each their own opinion and many actually use the sounds replacement back to original.
I'm here why not..? so about doing a serious complete work..

I definitely support the idea of redoing textures in the new flyable s cockpits. Beauty is in the details and these things will give that extra quality that will attract more attention to the site.
I think the best I can do is say: Keep up the good work! I'm sure the modders want these things too.

The idea for a stand-alone version... Yes, that would work - and would be a decent solution to a lot of the problems.

However... first off, already there exists a mod to enable the other mods, yet keep the orginal, bland, sounds. Secondly, which version of the sound mod did you attempt...? From what I've managed to gleam, the v0.9 version seems to be the best, well rounded version.

And one other question, how does one decide which planes are worth it - which are not? :roll:

Well maybe on vote and mostly on how good the Pit looks with the model and FM.
Many are good Wink .
But i really think this would be a great solution.
