Re Filelist .txt
Some people may be having problems due to stuff disappearing from this file.
(All started around the time of the B17E mod, but may be others that have caused some entries to go AWOL). I lost Su2, smoke mod and map frame mod; even though I aborted the B17 E v1 install.

Think I'll be doing manual installs from now on. Managed to restore pasting in my backup Filelist.bak and running the Filelist-Fixer.bat.

Mine got totally screwed by the latest soundmod - not sure if its the mods themselves or the filelist.fixer attached with them that does the damage?

So please have a backup before installing !

Don't think its the "fixer". Running the version installed in my Il2 root folder gave no errors after pasting in my backup.

Backup your filelist every time (and check the size before and after).

Another way is to copy your filelist.txt to a new Temp folder and extract the mods there.
Backup your old filelist.txt and paste all the new stuff across to IL2 folder.
