Speed Altitude conversion chart can't download - Niagara6023 - 13.01.2008

Reference the speed/alt conversion chart in this thread (The link is inoperative)

I see the link leads to a required download site for Excel. I downloaded and installed Excel, but I can't seem to get at the link to actually download the conversion chart.
