The DFS-228 is interesting as it was an early platform for high speed flight research.

The Go242/244 is a very neat plane and would be fun to fly (especially in SOW). I believe the Mistel prototype, though, is a DFS glider and its Bf-109 tow aircraft: A cheap way of getting a transport glider to its release point.
