Placement of Static Objects - F22-Raptor-2006 - 15.01.2008

Hi guys I've heard a lot of people talking about making mods to put static aircraft on carriers by moving them up and down and stuff, would it be possible to make a mod so that you can raise and lower all objects?

. . . and fix the rotate function in FMB , so that position is saved with mission.
