Landmass of my map is all black... Why? Which layer needs to be altered? Map_T?

yup, map_t.tga determine which texture is applied on which area ...

if its black .... no land texture shade is present on land area ( map_t) and there is land on map_c .

you need to paint those areas by yourself (map_t)...
