IL2 MAT Manager - shakthamac - 30.03.2008

Ive had problems (like many others) with this utility since switching to 46. Can someone post up a working version for download? I can never get it to see my IL2 / PF icon.

Copy the icon and name it 'il2'...

It will still need some messing about before it works... Click all the boxes, click save, and then exit and you should have the new markings.

Copy the il2fb.exe to desktop, for example, and there change its name to il2.exe. Later, cut and paste the file to the il2 1946 folder again. It's ready. When Mat Manager ask you where is the game executable, point to this il2.exe and voil'a!

I decided to download this but my wordpad throws up an error when opening the docs that it is unable to convert the graphics conversion filter so I am missing some vital info contained in this part. namely the config.ini changes can anyone help as to how I can view the docs properly?

EDIT: Problem solved by downloading and installing wordviewer 2003 from microsoft site.
