North american SNJ\T-6G\Harvard - Bigmike - 01.04.2008
could you guys do a T6? now that we can have new planes?
just take a SBD take out the Tail Gunner Put a Window in the rear add a Second seat facing front!
You HAVE A SNJ THEN For a T-6G take off the Metal Thing off the front and Boom you have a T-6G
Then we have a REAL aerobatic trainer! o yeah Use the engine from the P47! so it has its correct Power remove The tail hook from the T-6G leave it on the SNJ
T-6G (ARMY AIRFORCE TRAINER )
SNJ USN\USMC (NAVY TRAINER TAIL HOOK)
Harvard RAF\RAAF\RCAF Trainer (NO TAIL HOOK)

The SBD is a reasonable stand-in for the SNJ/AT-6/Harvard and there are some appropriate SBD skins for doing such. It really needs a few model tweaks, two bladed prop and a new flight model to really be a trainer.

...and from the T6 would could get a Wirraway, and from that we could get a Boomerang!

" o yeah Use the engine from the P47! so it has its correct Power ""!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!????????
The P-47 has the P&W R-2800-59 engine at 2300 HP.... the Harvard or T6 has a R-1340 engine with "only" 600 Hp so Dont use the P47 engine...
Also the wing is totaly different and it has no dive breaks.
Please guys keep it real!!

A T-6 without a spinner would look more autentic, but it is not a standard, like you can see in one of the pictures. I personely would think if the R2800 would be placed in a T-6, it would drop over, and it would rip the aircraft apart.  better go for the sound settings of the Buffalo or something.

If you are doing just one version, please keep the Tail Hook so we can have SJN's, and not onlly T6 harvards.
Thanks.
