QMBPlus..need a little help here - sentinel - 07.04.2008

Dear All,
My first question is, if I overwrite with the new version of the QMBPlus program will I lose all my maps that I previously put into QMBPlus when it was the old fileslist version of the mods.
Secondly, If I stick with the old version of QMBPlus, so far I have put the Malta map into the config ini but where do I put the mission making bit ( which used to be put in the fileslist) because I cannot play any missions on it yet....it just says 'wrong target'.
