Is there a conflict between Mod Switcher programme & JSG - No1_Charlie - 12.04.2008

I have the iL2 Switcher programme installed but am currently using JSGME for enabling mods and am using 4.08m.

When I tried to switch to 4.09m my game just started as the usual 4.08. I tried disabling mods in JSGME but still did not work. Is there a conflict between these two programmes? :?

There is conflict between JSGME and the modded IL-2 using the new wrapper, because both use the MODS folder.
