Face lift for Me 262 old version? (turbines and wheels) - I/JG27_Waggel - 16.04.2008

I remember the day when sturmo 46 went into the shops and after installing the new version I saw the well made turbines of arado and the "arrow me 262". There are moving parts in the turbines now. Wheels also where nice.

Is the a chance to bring turbines and wheels of the arrow me 262 into the "old" 262? I saw some "experts" making a new canopy for spit and Focke Wulf. So this might work with me 262 too. I will make some screen shots tomorrow, so you can take a deeper look.

Get with Rawrnes? (Forgive spelling). This sounds like it is purely cosmetic, so it should be really simple for someone who made a new plane from pieces of all the others ...

This should not be a difficult mod at all.

Ranwers, Checkyer6, Slow, Hellzone, and the others too... I reckon they could get it done quicker then blinking Wink

I reckon she'd be a good thing to have... Infact, if someone was thinking of doing the two seat version of the 262, it would be a good time for that to be done then too perhaps...

I only wish I could help with this, but I simply dont have the talent.

So the fan spins.... well that might take replaceing the whole engine..... then it wont look real.

Changing the whole turbine will be a problem

The turbine of the "old" Me 262 A1a is longer than the turbine of the "new" Me 262 HG II

Wheels are the same.

I will check the turbines that went into the Arado 234. They should have the same size like in the Me 262A1a
