6 DOF poll - Ekull - 27.04.2008

I'm curious as to how many use this mod(s). I've tried it and found I was always recentering or going to extremes to try and look over the nose of my craft, good work on the back though.

I will give it another try in future how ever i'm wondering how many peeps here use it and the set ups/tips you use if you use it at all, cheers.

... using mouse version since day one .... loving every minute of it

IMHO it is the most " i must to have" mod , right after sound mod

When the trackir version first came out I thought it was so buggy I uninstalled it, the reason was because I'd been using 6dof on other games without the hassle..
I have to say now though, that the current version is a massive improvement and I wouldn't be without it! It's another must have..

Like Trooper117 said, the last version of sHr's 6DoF mod is a must have. If I had to renounce at my mods and keep just one this one would be it. I used the 0.7 (mouse version) in conjunction with my mini-mouse on the X52 and it was good (too good sometimes ) but, the 2.0 is just unbeatable at the immersion it brings.

Simply putting it... since 2.0 I never played without mods...

your poll doesnt mean a lot of things

you forgot to put the "chinese hat" on the joystick...
only players will TiR will votre and it won't be effective to know how the community is using it :roll:

I have a Top hat on mine... Very proper little gentleman my Joystick is...

It doesnt have a throttle on it either. Honest. It has a tea cup and a saucer.

It also doesnt have a trigger, but a cigar. This makes my joystick very much the gentleman.
