hi all Smile

any idears on using on pc for both a simpit and a workspace without having to unplug

keyboard and mouse or move them ? I'd like to test the missions and mods when done in workspace. I've tried aps2/usb converter - no go- besides - all usb are used for stick, irtrack, pedals and stuff.

i plan on switching HD's with a mobile rack

any suggestions - :?:

Can't you get a switcher box? Maybe I'm not understanding the problem here. Do you not have enough USB ports? If that is the problem just install some more. I bought this one last week for my own PC because I needed a few more and it works great:

There are external ones as well but they're usually a bit iffy especially if you try to plug in things that need a lot of juice like hard drives. If you use an external USB hub make sure to shop around to find one that is very well reviewed and provides plenty of power and a good warranty.

While I can't address the keyboard, I can tell you that I have been using 2 'meeses' for some time now. One is an MX Revolution, and the other is an MX 620. The wife doesn't like the Revolution, so she got the 620 to use. One day I forgot to unplug the 620 when I plugged in my Revolution, and we found that they didn't conflict, so I've left them both plugged in ever since.

I'll bet that 2 keyboards will work as well. Shucks, plug in 2 and see what happens.
