the rules
1: they can not be historical. the more far off they are the better
2: only 2 submissions per person
3: you only have 1 week to make the plane before a poll is opened

No, it is not available for download as of now. I could fix some minor flaws and put it up, but that will most likely not happen before mid June as I'm in Asia for the next two weeks.
