Config File Question - 86 - 20.05.2008

Looking at the Conf file there are a lot of things to play with. Does anyone have a list of what everything does? Could there be a "sticky" somewhere with all that info? :?:

Specifically I'm looking at the sound section right now and I'm wondering what the soundext.Occlusions, accoustics, and volumefx do.
