Question Soundmod 0.9 and SFX 0.6 - der-blaue-max - 22.05.2008

Hallo, I have a question:

I Use The Soundmod 0.9 and everything works Fine!
For what is the SFX 0.6 Mod?
Whad did this Mod change, or what is the Reason to install this??
Can anybody say for what I have to use the SFX?
