You could always paint the alpha channel in Photoshop.

White = solid
Black = transparent

Just make a selection of the areas in the TGA that should be solid, press the 'Channels' button down by the layer panel, choose Alpha Channel and fill it with white.

But what I'd suggest doing first, is opening the skin TGA and before making any changes to the alpha channel, check that all the areas are painted white that should be solid. If they are already white, then the problem is caused by something else.

yes you can make the holes appear or disappear if thats what you mean

some ships (Tral for example) dont use an alpha channel and I couldnt add any, must be a parameter in a mat file but I'm not so good with codes
