Game stops responding at 95% with 4.09b - Printable Version

Game stops responding at 95% with 4.09b - Hannable69 - 25.06.2008

I've recently added the 4.09 beta patch but when I start the game, it hits 95% loaded and then stops responding. The only mod I'm using is the English sound mod. I tried re-installing the sound mod after installing v 4.09b and now, for some reason the game works and only loads 4.08. Not sure what's going on ... any help would be appreciated.

Did you install the soundmod after or before installing v4.09b

I installed it before 4.09 ... when I installed 4.09 it stopped working, then reinstalled the sound mod and it seemed to revert back to 4.08 and works fine.

I just had the exact same problem...
I installed the 409 mod & mod switcher & then ran the switcher for 409 & everything now works perfect for the first time ever...

I have the same problem right now but it stalls out at 20% and hello desktop. I've reinstalled the sound mod over it and it goes up to 60 then quits. i dunno what to do.
