corrupt data file error after 4.09b1m - Printable Version

corrupt data file error after 4.09b1m - Rgaa - 25.06.2008

I've installed:
eng_sound_mod_093
wrapper
ac_installer
4.09b1m
all downloaded from all aircraft arcade
over a clean (un-modded) 4.08m version

When I attempt to load the 4.09 version of the game, I hang at 95%.
any suggestions?
