tracers on 30s and 50s - creamy - 01.07.2008
Is it possible to redo the tracers on the 30s and 50s they look a tad crap imo from what ive seen in the sim they appear to be 3d models with a rather crap texture on them sometimes i think oleg made his russian plas super cool with there incendery bullets

Yeah, I posted this a week or so ago but my post got deleted, probably becuase moderators thought it was talk of a weapon mod.
IMHO I think that the 30's and 50's tracer should have smoke trails like on 109's, as if you watch old gun-cam footage they all show the brownings having smoke trails on the tracer.
A mod like this (not changing the weapon performance) would be great.
NOTE: moderators, plz don't delete this post as it isn't talk of cahnging weapon performance.

well i wasnt thinking of changing weapons strengh jst a trail wld be nice is it possible to make a tracer round appear everytime you fire a 5th shot im pretty sure that they loaded in traces 5 a piece in each guns

Yeah it was pilots choice how many tracer rounds he had in each gun or even which gun had tracer in it.
I would live to have this mod it would really add to the immersion of the game.
If you look at th il2-birds of prey video you will see the tracer on the hurricane.
Is that how you imagined it to look? I would love it to look that good :!:
