Tropical Filter for the Hurricane - Phillip - 09.07.2008

Did I miss something? I was busy with work for the past few months, and now I see a picture at the "Light Side" site of a early Hurricane with a tropical filter !!!!! hock:

I know the Hurri IID has one, but what about the Mk I and IIb ? Please,please show me the way Mr. Wizard !!!!!!
