Did not the Vb have the ability to have a slipper tank they used these to get the planes to malta off the carriers?

I was wondering if this could be a mod?

As far as I recall it was the MkVb (Trop), basically the same as the MkVc in game, but with the 'C' wing (more ammo).
I assume (possible incorrectly) that the MkVIII Slipper tanks could be exported across as its basically the same model?

Also some bomb load like in Seafires cause bombs were often used in the Mediterranean (also on Kittyhawks)
