This would be nice for some towns and airfields. Could this be possible?

I read some books about this, like in Malta they had Flack batteries on roofs or balconies.

Yeah true. I thought about the lights that one can rise and lower. But I guess this must be something else. Since a light is a light and objects like flack are different. But still maybe...
