Blitz-mod pack install - ceege1 - 29.07.2008

Is anyone able to show me how to get this mod to install correctly.Have tried everything,but have given up through frustration.Is there a self installing program out there for this?Am having similar problems with the Bf109 wing hole/mistel mod as well.
