Turboprop Engine - Flakiten - 31.07.2008
It would be possible to do a turboprop engine for il2? What do you think about?

The turboprop engine was first designed around 1940, but it was not until the mid-1950's that it saw use in production aircraft and the first was the Soviet Union's Tu-95 bomber.

I like THAT Gloster more than a conventional one.

With the limited resources and what is actualy on the go at the moment, what use would these kind of aircraft be in the game.. Bearing in mind what a huge undertaking it would be to produce one?
If we are going to produce brand new aircraft for the game I'd just love it if we could at least get the Second world war aircraft that are missing out of the way first.. Just my opinion.

And then the WW I planes

Yeap the problem with that reasoning is that Modders will model what they want to fly or build, not what everybody wants them to do
.
He asked if it it was posible. If you deni help becouse its not "WWII" stuff, that will not make him, want to do WWII stuff, he will continue to find a way to build the plane he wants.
And even if he does

To answer your question Flak, yes its possible, all you really need to do is make the engine
all is needed is relative performance data.

Thanks Mag.
