dividing pilot/ gunner skill level - specter - 01.08.2008

anyone working on dividing the skill level of pilots from gunners .flying a mission the other night against me110 ,in order to have good pilots adversary you must also have gunners which are way to good ,being able to have different skill levels between pilots and gunners would be great
