Hello I'm having an image problem with il2 FB jaggies around Islands and coastline etc..I'm on a NV 8800ULTRA with the 169.21 driver,this is the one I have found to work best..Here is some more info....

make sure you're running openGL & perfect mode and set:

water=4

Hi,

I'll tell you what i told the other chap, not a tekkie but i did optimise my system thanks to the advice in the forums to a great level. I do have the 8800 gts, similar card & possibly a similar system to you.

What i can do to help is send you my complete ini file & internal nvdia grafik settings for il2. You then save your current settings, swap with mine & then you can decide which is best & maybe even improve on that. If not happy you can always revert to your previously saved settings. Whole thing takes 5 min & could solve your issues. :wink:

I fly with no stutters, magic grafics on 'excellent' although i don't use perfect, perfect is the killer in my humble opinion. Fps depends on mission type & load, ie heavy or light but i get no stutters.

I also passed my game to another core & can also send you the info on this.
