Strange "geen grass airstripes" bug... - Mangas - 14.08.2008

I have a strange bug: airstripes at "field" airfields are grass green instead of earth light brown:



But they're starting to change into correct earth light brown when you come close to them:



Any idea how to fix it? Thanks.

That's a LOD thing.

Whoever modded that runway to be brown instead of green only modded the high-res file. The others have been left at the original green.

So, skin512.tga (whatever it's called) is brown, but skin256.tg, skin128.tga etc are still green. Just resize the high res brown texture and save it as the other file names.

Thanks, Joe, but, unfortuntely, all skin512.tga-s, skin128.tga's and so on I have are for tanks/buildings only. No one for maps/airfields... I searched carefully...

I use vp_media's map mod... Most map mods (including beta) from this site seem to work fine so on...
