NO BRIEFING WHEN HOSTING NEW MADE MISSIONS WITH IL2 0.93 SM - Nitrous - 14.08.2008

Hi all,

I have recentley made quite a few BRAND NEW coop missions using the new maps. What I cant understand is why I don't see my SHORT DESRIPTION when selecting the mission or the BRIEFING itself when the mission has loaded. Other people in the coop mission see them but i don't. I have read all of the relative posts on this site about the deleting _ru etc and having two types of briefing etc. and i still can't get the brief to show. I have downloaded quite a few missions for the new maps and VPMEDIA and other guys don't seem to have a problem, but for the life of me can't get it to work. I've been trying for the last month to figger it out. I have done every thing and still it won't work.

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ITS DRIVING ME CRAZY!!

Create a folder in Missions/Single/Your Folder

Then make sure that you name it something easy to remember....Then go into game and find single player and look for your folder, click on it and look for your missions.....

Ah Ha You have helped me solve my incredibly stupid problem.

The briefs and short descriptions were'nt showing up due to me putting either "MOD" or a "." in the name of the folder with which the coop was located. Problem solved.
