DCG campaings - Jimdandy - 31.08.2008
Well first of all ,let me start this by offering my deepest thanks to all of you who mod,You have given the community all the things the game has lacked and the devoted have waited for,for such a long time. I have been a squad leader for many years and have all but given up on the game untill i stumbled on the V-93 sound mod my Jug and Lightning sound friggin awesome and let me add that I am an ex USAF crewcheif beautiful work,also the slot and the new Med map has pumped life into what was never there a brand new game thank You. I do however have a question I fly alot of DCG campaings can there be a way to replace the stock Maps with the new ones,and generate missons? Or is anyone out there working on anything similar to the DCG generator,it is such ashame to have such awesome maps and have no way of flying an on-line war with the randomness of the DCG created missions along with all the tracking. Again Thanks to the guys who have made IL2 what it should of been in the first place.

It's statements like this that drive me to despair, as if Il-2 was garbage when it first came out, it was no SH-IV or III for that matter.

yes there is possibility to add new planes and maps to DCG , some such project are in the works ....
in the meantime if you like to learn how it can be done , we have thorough tutorial regarding DCG ( thanks to Scharnhorst1943 )

also there is finished DCG campaign for Malta map ( the very first new map introduced to game )
