Need help with using new markings - Vegard - 13.09.2008

I've downloaded IL2-MAT Manager version 2.36 and also I've managed to find some norwegian markings in a PSD file.

How do I go about using the new markings? I don't fly in any coop servers so I'm looking to use the norwegian markings on any plane I fly if possible..
