"Jesus"-Effect on older maps - ILV_Aquila_Noctis - 27.09.2008

Has anyone ever tried to change the "Jesus-Effect" on older maps (meaning that if pilots bail out and and in the sea, they walk on the water) to a more....well, physically possible one, like the floats in PF maps?

Perhaps only re-editing these maps to new map mods can solve this.
