by putting a - (its a minus) in the front of the name of the folder

sorry for not being clearly enough

1) find the folder of the mod that you want to turn off
2) right click on it, click rename
3) scroll to the beginning of the line
4) put a - (minus) in front of the line
5) just put the sign -, just by itself, dont put a (minus) in front, becuase the PCs are not smart enough
