Warning message in the console - I/JG27_Waggel - 07.10.2008

Sometimes on new maps I get a warning message in the console:

Warning: Bad water if Map RID == 0

What does this mean?

I've seen this message before. It occurs when a map has no map_r.tga. If you place one from another map in the folder the message will no longer appear.
