Hello,

I got this incoherent smoketrail.Does anyone else have/had this problem and therefor know the solution for it?
It starts when the last smoketrail ends,then there is a small gap until it start smoking again.
Running 3rdeye smoke/fire effects.

Same thing here for quite some time , I think many guys already mentioned this in 3rdeye smoke/fire effects topic but I think he told them that this have nothing to do with his mod .
I just stopped looking for fix .
Maybe somewhere out there is already fix for this but I haven't find it yet .
Also high altitude vapor trails are broken with vapor trail coming from side of some planes or vapor trail is cut in to many pieces all over the skies.
Yeah , it would be nice if someone knows how to fix it.

...simply imagine it is still a running engine, so probably from time to time it stutters, fails, runs again etc. so thats why the smoketrail is torn...it is even unfrequently...nice mod thanks to 3eye!

this is a limit on the game engine, but i love it, i don't like a continuos smoke trail.

No , as far as I can tell smoketrail is breaking with the same time regularity , that's why is a little bit annoying , if that was completely random with different timing for breaking smoketrail making it like engine is failing , indeed that would be sweet .
Just look at it as it is right now , the smoke is breaking in to the same timing intervals .
It's even worse with two engine planes , the smoke is breaking most of the time for both engines at the same time interval making it completely unrealistic , 8 sec smoke , 3 sec break , 8 sec smoke , 3 sec break and on and on..............................................................................................
We can live with that but it could have been probably better to have it without breaking smoketrail or or make it somewhat random .
High altitude vapor trail is also pain in the butt for some planes to be rendered correctly.
Don't get me wrong , I am not complaining here , ppl are doing fantastic work here at AAA ,
that's just a fact few other guys also were mentioning in other topic .

I just figure that the engine is hit hard enough that it periodically coughs hence the break in the smoke....

I made it to break.
It breaks in a set number of particles emitted.
Its not random.
It makes it not solid.
It stays.
