How did you clean the skin up so it didn't look like garbage?
- lupo81 - 22.10.2008

Why did you use a B-25C skin on B-25J model?
That black hole in the middle of the fuselage is where C's top turret should be.
If you put a straffer model on this kind of picture then my vote will be yes. Until then I'll hold my vote.
Nice picture though.

mmm, nice picture, but the atmosphere of it seems more appropriate for an RAF 1941/2 heavy; a Wellington or something. The idea of a solitary plane, in pitch dark conditions, the only illumination from the moon, flying over hostile territory. It catches the solace of the bomber stream, whereby bombers made the way to their targets as individuals, which is why i think if it had been a heavy, a lanc, wellington, or even a B24 or B17, it would have been more appropriate.
However, I give full marks for the picture, it is a very nice image.

Lol Thor i did not see that black hole there till just when you pointed it out!
I just checked the skin in the .RAR it said b25J so i assumed....

Amazing pic - really nice finish on the whole image
The fact that the plane isn't a british heavy really isn't a valid criticism - as there aren't any in the game... and i'm pretty sure a B25 would have been seen in the air alone in the dark at somepoint.

Thanks Pirate!

I like it. although it does look like there are British markings on the tail? Still, B-25's flew at night in the pacific im sure as their would be no Japs at night?
Anyways metalheadbaz is that really a picture of you cause it looks just like me, I had to do a double take!

USAAF B-25's operating from Africa often wore U.S. roundels with an insignia yellow outline and British tail flashes. Nice pic, looks like more like a recently restored B-25 with the relatively glossy finish.
