Re-packing SFS files?

Is it possible to repack these? I mean, if you can unpack them, you can probably repack them right?

I know that this isn't practical for regular mods, but if it were possible we could probably get 4.09 dedicated server going.

Yes it is possible but i dont know how. I have thinked same problem, SFS archives have lots of interesting files inside them...
