Have you bothered to check Flying Legends and M4T?
I'm sure you'll find something there.

She was, and an early one at that. The 146th B-17F to roll off the Boeing production line. B-17F-10-BO, USAAF number 42-24485.

Mission4Today has a search feature, which turned up nothing. Flying Legends does not have a search feature (at least none that I could find), so you will need to register (free), then navigate to downloads and Il2 skins and find the folder that contains the B-17 skins. There are a lot of B-17 skins to wade through as they are not divided by specific variant of the B-17.
