What program would you use to preview how a skin will look on a plane without having to open il2 please?

Windows has one, Irfan view is good, M$ Paint if nothing else...

What he, and a lot of us, wants is a way to view the skin on the 3-D model without having to start the sim. I wish it were possible, but sadly it is not.

I checked "Tools and Utils" as well to see if any of the modding apps would perform this function as it would save sooo much time...
