Am I able to modify the ranking system in the campaign for NoArmy?

Because the IJN or NL or Finnish or RAF or USSR or any others don't suit my campaign in which I'd like to use 'Fugitive', 'Outlaw', 'Bounty Hunter', 'Head Hunter' and some kinda 'Ruler of the Pacific'...

Chuck in a "ranks" file in the NN-folder...like those from the standard countries...and some awards as well...and bob's your uncle
