P-47s low over the countryside - Jaypack44 - 05.11.2008
Hi all, this is my 2nd edit- it's not quite finished, since I'd like to add shadows and such, but since I'm so busy I'll probably never get around to it, so I'm posting it as-is. again, comments, criticisms, and suggestions are all welcome.

I like the theme, and I have to say the second is the best  One thing though, is there no shadow for the p-47's?
Great pic though, keep up the good work

cool, p-47 looking for troubles, but both image are the same "final 1-1" sure that are "final1-2"

i like the shot.
my only crit is that you're showing modern, round hay bales, and not the typical tee-pee style clusters found in 1940's Europe.

that's very true... I never thought about that! the second shot is supposed to have some bloom lighting effects, I'm not sure why it looks like it does.

Real background?

I like it Jay...Concept is good & the superimposed P47s are well done with a great use of blur for motion effect, however I think the p47s seem a little too low considering their size in relation to your chosen backgrounds foreground....if i were you I would resize the p47s making the middle p47s size the largest of the 3, alternatively lose the foreground P47 altogether and lower the other 2 a half inch or so below their current position, then I think this pic would look the nutz with good perspective in relation to the angle at which the background pic was taken
Hope you dont mind my suggestions being as how you mention limited time to create images? I thought I'd just field the ideas as they wouldnt take long to address and the result would make a much more believable pic
Regards

i like the first one best! the background looks real, and the planes look like they are in motion. keep up the good work!
