I been think about this, it will be possible to make H/A clouds changing along with the weather setting???
What i mean is in a clear day you can't see any cloud in the sky just a clear blue sky, so it will be cool if it's possible that H/A clouds textures are linked with the weather setting so as you change the weather setting in game the amount of H/A clouds in the sky be increased.

Something like:
Clear = No H/A clouds
Good = A little H/A clouds
poor = moderate H/A clouds
and so on.
